Defence Tech Holding S.p.A. Società Benefit is an Italian company that is part of the Tinexta Group and was listed on the Euronext Growth market in Milan from November 2021 to November 2024.

It is active in the design, implementation, integration and management of innovative technology serving the Defence, Space and National Security domains. The protection of our customers’ critical infrastructures and continuous Research and Innovation are also part of our mission.

Defence Tech Group operates in three main business areas.

• Cyber Security & Technology for Intelligence: we make organisations more resilient against cyberattacks through services e proprietary products, software and hardware, in the area of Cyber Security. In particular, we have proprietary solutions for Cyber Communication, End Point Protection and Technology for Intelligence, as well as technology laboratories for National Security.
• Communication & Control Systems: we develop and integrate complex high-tech systems for Defence (Command and Control, Radar, Missile Defence and Infologistics), Space (ground segment software subsystems and integrated applications) and Civil Aviation (air traffic control). We develop products and software solutions in the Situational Awareness area.
• Electronics: we offer electronic design services for complex systems for scientific, military and aerospace payload applications. We have a hardware design centre capable of designing and manufacturing electronic boards and solutions for FPGAs and SOCs completely in-house.

We provide our services through the Group’s four operating companies Foramil and Innodesi, Donexit and Next, with appropriate competence centres to support our business lines and target markets.
