Corrado Aaron Visaggio is full professor of Information Processing Systems at the University of Foggia and Chief Scientist Officer of Defence Tech Holding Spa. He is Chair of the Scientific Technical Committee of the ITS Academy ICT Campus.

Former associate professor and researcher at the Engineering Department of the University of Sannio. He manages a Research Laboratory that deals with: Malware Analysis, Artificial Intelligence applied to Security, Threat Intelligence and Software Security.

He is the author of over 120 scientific works published in major international journals and conference proceedings.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National CyberSecurity Laboratory. He is a member of the Teaching Board of the Doctorate of National Interest in Cybersecurity. It is a member of the European Cyber Security Organization. He is a teacher at the International School of Higher Education for the Prevention and Countering of Organized Crime of the Ministry of the Interior.

He teaches the Master of Digital Skills for Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Privacy at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. He is on the Editorial Board of the scientific journals: IEEE Transactions on Information and Forensic Security, International Journal of Computer Virology and Hacking Techniques and Frontiers in Big Data. He was General Chair of ARES 2023.

He is in the Program Committee of several international conferences (ITASEC, ARES, ISSRE, Malware Conference, ACNS, CANS).
