CEO, Ermetix

Diego Fasano has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, particularly in cybersecurity. In 2014, he founded eSurv, a pioneering company in the fields of offensive security and cyber intelligence, and for more than a decade he collaborated with various branches of the national intelligence and security community.

Over the years, he has gained significant hands-on expertise, both technical and methodological, in offensive and defensive cybersecurity, with a specific focus on electronic surveillance and Mobile Defense.

This experience has been brought to Ermetix — a company that develops the eponymous Unified Endpoint Security platform — where he has served as CEO since January 2021.

In 2016, he was a lecturer in the second-level Master’s program in “Cyber Intelligence” at the University of Calabria, and in 2025 he was awarded the international “Future Security Leader” prize in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
