Graduated in Economics from the University of Salerno, he obtained an MBA from SDOA, and was a lecturer in Strategies at the Centre for the Study of Geopolitics and International Relations in cooperation with the University of Rome La Sapienza. He was part of the team for the privatisation of Autostrade S.p.A. in the Planning and Control Department.

In 2001, he joined Datamat S.p.A. in the Strategic Planning and Management Control team during the Group’s stock quotation. From 2003 to 2006, he was Director of the Studies and Strategies Department at Lutech S.p.A. He was Managing Director at Progesi Gruppo BV Tech.

Between 2015 and 2017, he was Executive Vice President of Roma Gas & Power S.p.A. and then President of Tech Rain S.p.A.
